[Melt in Your Mouth Pork Belly 东坡肉 Dong Po Rou]
Traditionally, this dish is made by pan-frying the pork belly then the pork is braised over low heat. However, as we love to simplify methods without compromising taste, we took away the pan-frying part and went straight to braising immediately after the pork is blanched. No worries - this didn’t affect the taste of the dish. Super yummy! Try it and we hope you’ll go mmm like we did. 🙂
